PSC and Omicron will be organizing a robotic workshop

Pakistan Science Club is proud to be the Academic partner of OMICRON (16th-18th February), Habib University’s first ever science Olympiad design to meet international standards. An amazing event to test your skills in various fields of sciences like Math, Robotics, Architecture, Chemistry, Astronomy and many more. The registration deadline is 10 February

Omicron is a 3-day event from 16th to 18th February which brings a series of various competitions, among which one is GoBot. It offers contestants the chance to bring in their pre-made robots and see how well they stand against those brought in by others, in a series of challenges. Robot athletics, particularly robo soccer is all the rage right now, but while that requires some serious prior knowledge, we wanted to have a module which even amateur AI enthusiasts could enjoy!

PSC and Omicron will be organizing a workshop for amateurs and high school students to get equipped with the skills they’ll need to build their own robots, so students are encouraged to sign up for that.
